![]() ![]() Parent Stock Option means any option to purchase Parent Common Stock granted under any Parent Stock Plan. Incentive Option means an option which satisfies the requirements of Code Section 422. Option means a stock option granted pursuant to the Plan. Insurance for events where alcohol will be served is the responsibility of the liquor concessionaire.
